To Øl Beer Club is no longer operating. It stopped accepting new subscribers and was scheduled to close by the end of 2023, so there is nothing to sign up for. When it ran, the club was a subscription from To Øl, the Danish craft brewery that began as a home brewing experiment in 2005 and was officially founded in 2010. For years To Øl was a gypsy brewery, brewing with spare capacity at other breweries. In 2019 it bought a former ketchup factory in Western Zealand, which became its own brewery and drinks hub, To Øl City. The club gave Danish beer fans a regular way to get the brewery's beers at home, and it suited people who already liked its hoppy, experimental style. The brewery is still in business. Its online shop sells single beers in many styles, including hoppy beers, lagers and pilsners, sours, dark and heavy beers, Belgian styles and non-alcoholic options. It also sells cocktails, cider, sodas, gifts and merch, and sometimes offers curated bundles. If you miss the club, you can still buy To Øl beers directly, but there is no recurring subscription, and the site does not say whether the club will come back.
