Strands Hair Care is billed as a US hair care subscription, but right now there is nothing to sign up for. Visiting strandshaircare.com brings up a generic Shopify notice saying the store is currently unavailable, with no product pages, plans or checkout. That message usually appears when a shop has been paused, closed or has lapsed on its Shopify plan, so it may or may not return. Because the site offers no details at the moment, we cannot tell you what products go into a box, how often boxes ship, which hair types the service is aimed at or what it costs. We also cannot confirm how cancellations, skips or returns are handled. If you were a past subscriber, it is worth checking your card or bank statements for any recurring charges and contacting the company directly if you can find a way to reach it. If you are simply shopping for a hair care box, we suggest choosing a service whose store is open and whose plans and policies are clearly posted. We will revisit Strands Hair Care if the shop reopens and publishes real information about its boxes, but for now we cannot recommend it, because there is no working way to subscribe.
