Parfumado is a Netherlands-based fragrance subscription built around choice rather than surprise. Each month you pick one perfume from a catalogue the site says holds more than 550 scents. It is then sent to you as an 8ml bottle that fits through the letterbox. The range covers designer and well-known names, niche houses such as Escentric Molecules and L'Atelier Parfum, a Skins Select line, Arabian-style scents, creator and celebrity fragrances, and Parfumado's own YOU range. Discovery sets are also offered. To help you choose, there is a perfume quiz, a tool that suggests scents similar to one you already wear, curated collections grouped by mood, and filters by scent family: amber, fresh, floral and woody. Community ratings appear next to products. The service is flexible: you can pause, skip a month or stop whenever you want, and the site says delivery is always free. The main thing to know is that some picks cost extra on top of the monthly plan. The Skins Select range, for example, shows a surcharge, so the final cost depends on what you choose. An 8ml bottle is a good way to try a fragrance for a few weeks, but if you love a scent you will still need to buy a full bottle elsewhere. The site is mainly in Dutch.
