Keeps is a US telehealth service for men's hair loss. You fill out an online questionnaire, a licensed medical provider reviews your treatment plan, and the products ship to your door every three, six, or twelve months. The main options are two well-established drugs: generic finasteride, a prescription tablet, and minoxidil, an over-the-counter topical. Keeps lists finasteride at $25 a month and minoxidil at $10 a month. Your first provider consultation is free and later visits cost $5 each. The lineup now also includes combination formulas, from a single tablet up to an 11-in-1 topical, plus four newer prescription blends. Keeps has also added erectile dysfunction treatment, so it is turning into a broader men's health brand. The core offer is sound and fairly priced, and you can adjust, pause, or cancel your plan at any time. Keep your expectations realistic, though. These treatments can slow hair loss and regrow some hair, but results vary, take months to show, and fade if you stop. Finasteride has known side effects that you should discuss with the provider. The compounded blends have less independent research behind them than the two standard drugs. Ownership is also changing: in September 2025, Remedy Meds agreed to buy Keeps' parent company, Thirty Madison, so policies could shift.
