Hasbro Gaming Crate

What's in the box: When it ran, each quarterly crate held several tabletop games built around a game night theme, often including titles that were exclusive or hard to find in stores.

Hasbro Gaming Crate is no longer operating, and its website no longer loads, so there is no way to order a box. Hasbro launched the service in June 2017 as a quarterly subscription for people who wanted new material for game night with friends and family. Each crate bundled several tabletop games. Hasbro built the boxes around titles that were hard to find in stores, including exclusive or early access games alongside party and strategy picks. The idea was simple: a curated game night arrived four times a year from one of the largest names in the toy and game business. The service was later reported as no longer available, and no exact end date has been made public. If you want this kind of experience today, look at board game subscriptions that are still shipping, or buy individual Hasbro titles from regular retailers. If you find an old crate on the resale market, check that all the components are there, because no customer support stands behind the product anymore. Think of Hasbro Gaming Crate as a closed service, not one you can join.
