What's in the box: The site does not currently describe what a box contains.

Connectivities presents itself as a subscription service for seniors and older adults in the US. Right now, though, its online store at connectivities.us is not working. Visitors see a generic Shopify page saying the store is currently unavailable, with no product details, plans or ordering options. That means there is no way to see what a box contains, how often it ships, or what it costs, and no way to sign up. A Shopify store usually shows this message when the owner has paused or closed it, or when the account is not active. It may come back later, but nothing on the site says whether it will or when. Buying a gift box for an older relative is a personal choice, and you should be able to see exactly what you are paying for before you subscribe. Until the store is back and clearly describes its boxes, policies and customer support, we cannot recommend it. If you still want to try Connectivities, check back later and look for clear information on contents, billing and cancellation before you order. For now, a seniors box with an active store and open policies is the safer pick.
