Underclub is no longer operating, and its website at underclub.co no longer loads, so you can't sign up or manage an account. When it ran, Underclub was a US subscription that sent members lingerie on a regular schedule. It focused on chosen pieces rather than basic multipacks. In April 2021 it launched its own line, so it designed lingerie as well as picking it. There has been no recent sign of activity from the company. Do not try to subscribe, and do not enter payment details on any page claiming to be Underclub unless the company publicly confirms it is back. If you were a member, check your bank or card statements to make sure no recurring charges are still going through, and contact your card issuer if anything unexpected appears. Details on pricing, sizing and plan options are no longer available, so it can't be fairly compared with services that are still running. If you want a lingerie subscription today, choose one that is currently operating and has a working website. Make sure it clearly lists its sizing, return policy and cancellation terms before you commit. Until Underclub shows real signs of a return, treat it as closed.
