toucanBox

What's in the box: When it operated, a typical box held one or more themed children's craft projects with the materials and step by step instructions needed to complete them.

toucanBox is not operating normally: its website no longer loads, and nothing suggests that anyone can place new orders or that existing subscriptions are being filled. When it was running, toucanBox was a UK craft subscription for young children of preschool and early primary age. Each delivery was built around themed, hands-on projects. The box included the materials for the activities along with instructions, so parents did not have to gather supplies themselves. The projects mixed simple crafts with light science and learning ideas, which gave children something to make, play with and talk about. Boxes were designed to fit through a standard letterbox, which made home delivery easy for families in Great Britain. Because the service has closed, we cannot confirm its last pricing, plans or delivery arrangements, or how any remaining subscriptions or credits are being handled. If you were a subscriber, check your bank or card statements for recurring payments. If charges continue for boxes that do not arrive, contact your card provider. Families who want something similar should choose a craft or STEM box that is currently trading and check that it is active before paying. We have not rated toucanBox because there is no live service to assess.
