The Fantasy Box

What's in the box: A typical box holds a themed fantasy scenario with step-by-step instructions, role play cards for each partner and the Sexy Survey, plus props such as costumes or wigs in some role play themes.

The Fantasy Box sells themed kits for couples, each built around a scripted date night with a clear adult focus. Most of the main boxes have a regular price of $149. Themes range from sensual and playful to role play, power play and special occasions, with names like Tub Time for Two, Date Night Poker and Anniversary. Every box centers on the company's Sexy Survey, which partners fill out together to talk about their desires. Boxes also include signature role play cards and step-by-step instructions that give each partner a role. A separate line of $49 Date Night Boxes is a cheaper way to start. There is also a bridal section and a 60-second quiz to help you pick a theme. Shipping and billing are described as discreet, orders ship from the USA, and domestic shipping is free on orders over $149. The site does not describe a recurring subscription plan, so treat this as a gift or one-off purchase rather than a monthly box. The concept is well organized and takes the planning off your plate. Still, $149 is a lot for one evening, so check each product page for exact contents before buying.
