The Bake Off Box

Closed. The website no longer loads. Launched in February 2021; no current status or closure notice was found.

What's in the box: When it ran, each box was built around a baking project with a recipe to follow and some of the items needed to make it.

The Bake Off Box is no longer operating: its website does not load and there is no sign the service is still taking or sending orders. It launched in the UK in February 2021 and offered baking kits by subscription. As the name suggests, the idea was to bring a themed bake into your own kitchen, with a recipe to follow and some of the components supplied so you could make something special without hunting down every item yourself. The site does not state why or when it stopped, and no closure notice was found, so it is unclear what happened to any remaining subscriptions. If you previously subscribed, check your bank or card statements for any recurring payments and contact your card provider if charges continue for boxes you are not receiving. For shoppers looking for a baking box today, this one is not an option. Before handing over payment details anywhere, look for baking kit services that are clearly active, with a working website, visible contact details and straightforward cancellation terms. Until The Bake Off Box returns with a working site and clear terms, we cannot recommend it, and we suggest treating any page or seller using its name with caution.
