My Meow is not currently operating normally. Its website at mymeow.co.uk shows a server error instead of a shop, so you cannot browse, order or manage a subscription there. When it was running, My Meow was a UK subscription box for cats. It sent cat owners regular parcels of goodies such as toys and treats, so they could give their pet a surprise without shopping around. The idea was simple: a delivery that made it easier to keep a cat entertained, aimed at British households. Today the site fails before any page loads. It shows a technical fault instead of product details, plans or contact information. That means you cannot check what a box would contain, what it costs, how to cancel or how to reach customer service. If you had a subscription, check your bank or card statements for any payments that are still being taken. If charges continue with no deliveries, contact your card provider. We cannot recommend signing up or trying to order until the service is clearly back online with working pages and contact details. In the meantime, if you want a regular box of treats and toys for your cat, choose a service that is trading now and states its terms clearly.
