What's in the box: A few rented garments at a time, such as tops, dresses, pants or sweaters, picked from the member's online closet to wear and then return.
Gwynnie Bee is not operating normally. Its parent company, CaaStle, filed for Chapter 7 liquidation in June 2025 amid fraud allegations, so nobody should expect shipments, customer support or refunds to work as they used to. When it ran, Gwynnie Bee was a US clothing rental subscription for women, best known for its focus on plus sizes. Members built an online closet of styles they wanted to try and received a few garments at a time. They could wear the clothes as often as they liked, then send them back to get the next items in their closet. Members could often buy pieces they wanted to keep. The catalog covered everyday categories such as shirts and blouses, dresses, denim and pants, cardigans and sweaters, jackets and outerwear, and skirts, with casual, fit and flare, and work dresses featured prominently. The site also had size charts, a fit guide and a size advisor tool to help members choose, plus an outlet section where items could be bought. The website still loads and still shows sign-up prompts. Because of the liquidation, that page is not a sign that the service works. If you had an account, check your card statements for unexpected charges and contact your bank if needed. We do not recommend signing up.
