Ownership. Acquired by Love With Food in November 2014.
What's in the box: The site does not describe a current box, so the contents are unknown.
G-Free Foodie began as a gluten-free resource and was acquired by Love With Food, a snack subscription company, in November 2014. Today gfreefoodie.com is a recipe and lifestyle site, not a box service. It is built around K.C. Cornwell, known as 'K.C. the G-Free Foodie,' and also runs recipes and articles from other specialty diet bloggers. You will find gluten-free roux, a gluten-free pie shell, coconut bread, fried rice and plenty of vegetable dishes. There is also a recipe search, a newsletter signup and a Shop link, and the site lists gluten-free consulting services and partnerships.
The site does not show a subscription box. It lists no plans, no box contents and no pricing. If you want a monthly delivery of gluten-free snacks, look at Love With Food directly or check the Shop page to see what is available now. That makes G-Free Foodie hard to recommend as a box.
As a free resource, it is useful. The recipes focus on real food rather than processed substitutes, and the tone is friendly and practical. If you are new to gluten-free eating and want cooking ideas and product tips, it is worth bookmarking. If you want a curated box delivered every month, start somewhere else.
