Ellebox is not currently operating as a subscription box. Its old website, elleboxco.com, now redirects to blume.com, a skincare store focused on acne and clear skin products. When it ran, Ellebox was a US period care subscription that mailed menstrual products such as tampons, pads and liners on a recurring schedule, so subscribers did not have to buy them in a store each month. Most of the coverage we could find dates from 2017 and 2018, which suggests that was when the service was most active. We found no formal closure notice. The redirect alone does not explain what happened to the business or whether any customer accounts were moved elsewhere. The Blume site that loads today sells acne treatments, moisturizers, sunscreen and lip balm, not period care subscriptions, so anyone following an old Ellebox link should not expect to find the original service there. If you want a period product subscription, choose one that is clearly active and lists its current products and terms. Former Ellebox subscribers should check their bank or card statements for any recurring charges they do not recognize and contact their card issuer if something looks wrong, since there is no Ellebox support page to turn to.
