What's in the box: A box usually holds a selection of single-serve frozen smoothie cups and oat or harvest bowls that you blend or heat at home.
Daily Harvest sells frozen, plant-based smoothies, oat bowls and harvest bowls that ship to your door and are ready in minutes. The website focuses on nutrition: certified organic ingredients, high protein and high fiber options, and recipes built with the company's registered dietitian, Carolina Schneider. It names where some ingredients come from, such as mulberries from Turkey and spinach from California, and everything is flash-frozen. The smoothies come as frozen cups that you blend with a liquid, so you need a blender and a fair amount of freezer space. You can build your own box or choose a curated bundle, including a detox set, a best sellers mix, a new mom bundle and a GLP-1 support range. The company says its products are now HSA/FSA eligible through a partnership with Truemed, but whether you qualify depends on your own situation. Chobani bought Daily Harvest in May 2025, so the range may change over time. It is also worth knowing that the brand recalled its lentil crumbles in 2022 after many customers became ill, and that episode still affects how some shoppers see it. The cost per serving is high compared with making your own, so what you are mainly paying for is convenience and careful recipe design.
