What's in the box: When it operated, an order was a designer bouquet delivered to the recipient, ready to give.

BloomThat is no longer operating. FTD acquired the brand in December 2017 and shut it down after September 28, 2018, and bloomthat.com now just sends visitors to a Designer Collection page on FTD's own website. When it ran, BloomThat was a US flower delivery startup. It sold a short, curated menu of designer bouquets and focused on quick delivery and modern, gift-ready presentation. Its appeal was simplicity. Instead of a sprawling catalog, it offered a handful of stylish arrangements meant for sending to friends, partners or coworkers with little effort. There is nothing left to order under the BloomThat name today. If you go to the old address, you land on FTD's regular storefront, which sells its own designer bouquets, some with same day delivery. That is FTD's service with its own policies, not a continuation of BloomThat, so judge it as a separate company. If you liked BloomThat's approach, you can look at FTD or other florists, but compare them on their own merits. BloomThat has no rating here because there is no active service to assess, and you should not try to buy from it or rely on any old account tied to it.
