What's in the box: When it operated, Baze shipped personalized supplement packs chosen from the results of an at-home blood test kit.

Baze is no longer operating as a standalone subscription service, and baze.com now redirects to the Nature's Way website. When it ran, Baze was a US personalized supplement service built around at-home nutrient testing. Customers collected a small blood sample with a finger prick kit and mailed it to a lab, which measured levels of several vitamins and minerals. Baze then used those results to recommend a set of supplements that were shipped on a recurring basis, with the idea that customers could retest later to see how their levels had changed. That test driven approach made it different from vitamin subscriptions that rely only on an online quiz. The Nature's Way site that baze.com now points to is a general supplement store selling individual products such as gummies, capsules, softgels and liquids. It does not present a Baze branded testing subscription, and we found no evidence on the current site that the original Baze test and personalized plan are still offered. Anyone who had an active Baze account should contact Nature's Way customer support about past orders or billing rather than assuming the subscription continues. We are not recommending this service for new sign ups, and we have not given it a rating because it is not currently operating.
