The Baking Box from the Australian Cake Decorating Network has closed. Boxes are no longer sold as single orders or by subscription, and no more editions are planned. When it was running, it was a themed cake decorating box that came with the network's Cake! app. Past editions included The Party Box, The Birthday Box and The Christmas Box. Each purchase came with 90 days in the app, where the tutorials for that box were kept, so the box and the online lessons were meant to be used together. If you already own a box, the network says nothing changes for you. Your 90 days of app access run their full term from the day you bought it, and every tutorial for your box stays available for that whole period. If you mainly wanted the teaching, the network points to Cake! Classes, which still offers tutorials, live demos and expert instructors. That is a class service, not a box. The site does not say in detail what each box physically contained, so it is hard to judge how good the value was. For now there is nothing to buy here, and anyone wanting a baking box delivered in Australia will need to look elsewhere.
